Commissioned by George Rutherford Construction, frequent builder of projects designed by Ferguson, Stevens, Mallory & Pearl's, this two-story office for the construction company (now known as Summit) features an upstairs apartment, concrete sunscreen, concave stone wall and native plant landscaping. It's a surviving example of architect Don Stevens' designs.
